The IHHA's Bylaws, Article III - C - Section 1 state "...the Board of Directors shall have the power to and shall be responsible for... (k) making available to any Member and to any purchaser or prospective purchaser of a Lot, all books, records, and financial statements of the Corporation."
Additionally, the Bylaws, Article V - Section 4(a) state "the By-Laws, membership register, books of account, and minutes of meetings of the Members, the Board, and committees shall be made available for inspection and copying by any Member of the Corporation, or by his or her duly appointed representative, at any reasonable time and for a purpose reasonably related to his or her interest as a Member...".
