Bylaws and Neighborhood Restrictions

To help preserve the unique character of our neighborhoods, Ivy Hill properties are subject to recorded deed restrictions. Please note that these property covenants are evaluated by the Ivy Hill Architectural Committee (AC), which operates as an independent body.

While the IHHA Board serves as the appointing authority for the Committee, the IHHA does not oversee the daily operations of the AC, process architectural applications, or mediate private property covenant disputes. For information on submitting property modification requests, please contact the AC directly.

A number of Ivy Hill neighborhoods have their own restrictions, a legacy of the piecemeal development of the Ivy Hill community.
