The Ivy Hill Homeowners Association (IHHA) is the oldest voluntary civic association in Ivy Hill. We serve as a unifying organization for the broader community, advocating for the collective interests of all homeowners and residents across the various Ivy Hill neighborhoods.
The historic focus of the IHHA has been the preservation of Ivy Hill as an outstanding residential area and the beautification of our shared spaces. The IHHA, as an incorporated entity, owns and maintains the main entranceway to the Ivy Hill subdivision, including its gazebo and beautiful trees.
Our voluntary Board of Directors works to serve the following functions:
Community Engagement: It manages the central Ivy Hill website and publishes a quarterly newsletter to keep residents informed about neighborhood happenings and upcoming social events.
Social Opportunities: The organization plans and supports engagement within our neighborhood, fostering a strong sense of connection among the residents.
Information Hub: It acts as a resource for resident services, local business information, and community announcements, helping to promote involvement across all the different neighborhood sections.
WasteCo has generously offered discounted trash and recycling service rates exclusively for active IHHA members.
IHHA members can receive weekly trash pickup for $20/month, with optional recycling services available for an additional $10/month.
*Even better, the more IHHA members who sign up, the greater the discount we may be able to secure for everyone.*
This includes both new and current WasteCo customers, as we will use this list to coordinate the IHHA member discount.
Please complete this form if you are interested. We have a target number of new customers to enroll for us all to receive the discount.
